Project: I worked with the Executive Director to create postcards for an event being sponsored by Impact Austin’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the nonprofit organization, Austin Child Guidance. Using Illustrator and the USPS guidelines for First Class Mail postcards, I presented 3 design versions for a postcard.

Project: Hope City is a movement aimed at bringing Jesus to Houston and beyond. Between 2018-2019, I served as a Graphic Design volunteer. Each Sunday, I was tasked with creating graphics from sermon quotes that were published on their various social media accounts.
Plant It Forward Booklet

Location: Houston, TX (remote work)
Project: I worked alongside Plant It Forward’s Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator to create a volunteer orientation guidebook. Before COVID-19, orientation was conducted in person, and once the shutdown occurred, the Coordinator created a Google Classroom for new volunteers; however, the age range of their volunteers varies. The coordinator created a call for help on VolunteerMatch and I signed up to assist in creating a pdf version of the information found on Google Classroom. Using InDesign, I was able to create a pdf booklet that could be printed or posted online.

Daily Court Review is a niche newspaper specializing in publishing public notices, business leads, and Harris County, TX Constable’s Foreclosure Auction.
